Client Records

Documents 

  1. Navigate to ‘Clients > Client Records > Document   
This page is where users can view, upload, download documents for a client.
  1. Upload documents

 To upload a document, select client and folder, then click on Upload button.



  1. The Action button

 Users can replace the file, edit or remove the file, move the file to a different folder, or share the file with clients via the Action button.

  1. Share files with client

Users can share files with clients via client portal or email using the Comms button.


The file can be converted to PDF, emailed to client, or shared via client portal by ticking ‘Share the file with client’ tickbox.


When sharing a file with client via the portal, users can request client approval by changing the status.



Notes 
  1. Navigate to ‘Clients > Client Records > Notes
This page is where users can view all notes for clients including file notes, email notes, task notes, client notes, SMS alerts and user notes.

Users can view the notes by types, advisers, or period.

The notes can also be exported as an excel document by clicking on the Export button.



Email

  1. Navigate to ‘Clients > Client Records > Email
This page allows users to view email records of selected clients.

Users can double click on an email record to view the details and the Delivery status.

Activity

  1. Navigate to ‘Clients > Client Records > Activity

This page is where users can view all activities for the clients by Module, Action, Subject and Date.
