Registering for Datafeeds

To set up the data feeds, you first need to have the data feeds module turned on. As there is a cost for this, please speak to your account manager or contact support desk for more information.

Once added, you will be provided an application form to setup a link between the product providers and AdviceOS. Once everything has been setup and data is flowing through into AdviceOS, you will be notified.

This process can take up to 6 weeks.

The next step is to map the data fed accounts to your clients in AdviceOS.

Mapping Datafeeds

1. Go to Home → Settings → Investment Link → Data feed map Investment Link

2. Change Unmapped datafeeds to All from the dropdown list, you should then see all the unmapped datafeeds coming through in the middle of the screen.

On the left is a list of the clients you have in AdviceOS and on the right is a list of the data fed accounts.

3. Find the client name on the left by typing in the client name in the search bar.
Best way is to take adviser name out, put client name in search name and press update search

4. Select the client on the left so that they are highlighted and then click on map next to the account on the right that you would like to link to them.

Once the datafeeds are mapped they need to be inserted.

You can do this in Total Portfolio Analysis or Fact Find - Super, Pension and Investments.
