The Microsoft Editor - Spelling & Grammar Checker is a Google extension available on Chrome or Edge which checks for grammar and spelling mistakes and makes suggestions for refining your writing.

This extension can be enabled within AdviceOS, so that when you are writing emails, file notes, tasks or any other information that's being input into AdviceOS the extension can alert you to any spelling or grammar mistakes.

After clicking on the relevant link above or googling to find the correct site, you'll be presented with a link to download the relevant extension like the below images.

The next step is to download the extension and follow the prompts to activate this in your browser. You can also manage the specific settings that let you choose what the Editor checks for and you can turn on/off the settings as suitable for your needs.

Within AdviceOS

Once this has been correctly set up within your browser, you will see it automatically alerts you to any grammatical or spelling mistakes across your AdviceOS as you can see in the below screenshot.

This will ensure accuracy and efficiency with your work and the information that is stored within your client's files.
