Outputs

Introduction

The Outputs section of Cashflow & Capital is made up for 6 separate tabs.

Cashflow

The cashflow menu shows you an in-depth analysis of your clients cashflow; including all inflows vs outflows for the financial year, the movement of money into and out of specific assets, and whether your clients are experiencing a surplus or deficit on any given year.

This is an overall table that includes both client and partner.

There is also a separate table which tracks the movement of money into and out of the default cash account.

You can make manual adjustments to income or expenses in any given year using the adjustments button.

Tax

The tax menu shows you an in-depth analysis of your client's tax situation for each financial year, including all taxable income, deductions and credits for an overall taxable income with the calculated tax liability.

These are individual tax tables and you will need to ensure you've chosen the client you wish to view from the drop down.

You can also manually amend taxable income, deductible expenses and any relevant offsets for any given year using the adjustments button.

Capital

The Capital menu shows you a detailed projected value of your clients different assets over time, both at an individual asset level as well as an overall asset position.

Summary

The Summary menu shows a cash flow and capital projection in a graph format as well as table below.

You can jump between Cashflow & Capital projections. You can also elect to include investment loans, non-investment loans, residential properties and showing present or future value.

Export to Excel

The export to excel function allows you to extract all of the data that has been input into C&C, including your clients assets, loans, super, pension and other relevant information. This can be done by clicking the button on the top right of the page.

Scenario Comparator

The Scenario Comparator menu allows you to compare one or more scenarios against each other. These comparisons will include net income, tax, centrelink, home loan and wealth as indicated along the top tab.
  1. You can select on the left which scenarios you wish to compare
  2. It will provide a comparison which includes net income, tax, centrelink, home loans and net wealth as indicated by the tabs
  3. You can choose to include loans, residential property and whether it will be present or future values
  4. Once completed, you can generate a scenario comparator report which can be used as part of a Statement of Advice or to help with discussions for your clients
