Uploading an FSG or Privacy Policy

Uploading an FSG or Privacy Policy

FSG management and version control is typically controlled at the licensee or practice level. This configuration functionality allows permission to users to track and control the version being used by a practice and ultimately the versions provided to clients. The method, FSG version and date provided can be recorded against the client in the Fact Find.

1.  This section can be accessed via Home button - Settings - FSG and Privacy.

2. Select the level you wish to make your FSG or Privacy Policy available to (Licensee or Practice) and click ADD.

3. Select whether you are uploading an FSG or Privacy Policy here.

4.  Enter date and version.
If this is the current version, mark the ‘Is Current’ box.
      Add a description.
Upload your document by clicking the cloud icon.
      Click OK.

5. Final step!

After adding a current version of FSG or Privacy Policy, go through the previous uploaded versions of FSG and Privacy Policy and deactivate the ones that are replaced.

This can be done via the three dot action button:

Note: De-activating an FSG or Privacy Policy will not automatically make them NOT current. To make sure the correct details are captured and displayed on Compliance tab, it is recommended to click on Edit button via Actions and untick 'Current' box for any version we are de-activating.
