Group Management
Group
Groups in AdviceOS need to be created before the user can perform any bulk related activities such as bulk actions, bulk emails, bulk FDS, bulk document actions, etc.
This section is for you to view any static and dynamic group that was created.
There are two options for groups:
Static – This group will have the same amount of member
- An example of a Static group is a group of 100 clients you have selected. In a months time, the group still includes all 100 clients that were originally selected (unless they have been made inactive)
Dynamic – This group will update the member list based on the perimeter that was being setup
- An example of a Dynamic group is a group of 100 clients who meet the specific filters that have been created (for example, they are High Growth clients with an active Review date).
- After a month's time, 10 people have opted out of ongoing review and 5 other clients have reduced their risk profile from High Growth down to Growth. This group would now display a total list of 85 clients.
- After a second month, 20 new clients have signed up to the ongoing review service. However, only 10 of these have a High Growth risk profile. The group would now display a total list of 95 clients (as only 10 of the clients meet the two required filters).
Creation of group (Dynamic/Static) must be done through "manage groups" section, see below for further instructions

If you click on the , this will allow you to manage the group that you created (mainly for static group).
Edit
If you are not making the group as "public", no one else will have access to that particular group

- Choosing the report level (licensee/practice/adviser) and report filter, then click "update".
- Once done you can start customising the filter and columns for your group, see below steps.

If some of the clients in the part of the group do not have a service agreement then they will not be visible in the group members table

Bulk Download
This function allows you to download a single document from multiple clients under a specific folder.For example, under the group - new group static, we would like to download a file under the SOA folder from each of the clients.Bulk Share to Portal
This function works the same way as of bulk download however instead of dowloading, it will push through the document into client's portal.Bulk Email Report
This section will provide the user with the status of the bulk email.You have to choose the campaigns/bulk emails from the drop down menu and it will provide the list of clients and the email status report.
