Service Fee Update – Frequently Asked Questions

As part of our annual July review, we will be making a small update to our service charges. We’ve outlined the details below and answered some common questions to help guide you through the changes.

What is changing?

Pricing for additional services requested beyond your standard agreement, which are outlined below. Additional services refer to work outside your usual service scope, such as one-off requests, extra support, or specific project work.

Data Migration

$4,500 per request (minimum complexity)

Additional Training beyond onboarding
Note: Midwinter will continue to run webinars which is a great way to understand the product more without added cost.

Custom Template Changes and Enhancements

$450 per hour

Other out of scope services e.g. custom reports, RPQ uploading and configuration, bulk data update, bespoke workflow design, API development and integration support etc.

Why are fees being adjusted?

From time to time, we review our pricing to ensure it reflects the cost of delivering our services and allows us to continue providing the level of quality, support, and responsiveness you expect. This adjustment helps us maintain and strengthen our service offering.

When will the new fees apply?

The updated fees will come into effect from 1 July 2026.
